  • Providing clients with timely notification and in-depth analysis of federal legislative, policy, appropriations and regulatory action which may impact them, their clients or their customers;
  • Grant funding prospect searches, (local, state and federal government grant and contract sources, private corporate and foundation sources) and analysis and selection of the most appropriate RFPs, RFAs, or ITNs for clients;
  • Grant proposal development services;
  • Review and editing of final grant proposals prior to submission;
  • Delivery of professional development workshops and/or presentations on a variety of subjects, including:
    • How to develop and implement successful grants development operations in government agencies, school districts, charter schools and nonprofit organizations;
    • Understanding the basics of successful grant development and its relation to meeting the strategic goals and objectives of the organization;
    • How to carry out effective school-based grant development activities;
      Continuous quality improvement and strategic planning in public or private sector organizations;
    • Effective program planning and development; and
    • Review and editing of final grant proposals prior to submission.
